Hello, I am new to this forum. My Dutch is not good enough, so bear with me!
I would like to know what the practise of Dutch Reformed churches is regarding ordination of ministers. Are ministers examined and ordained by Classis or by individual congregations? Do they then become members of the congregation?

Ministry in Germany is not easy, especially for Reformed ministers. But we are seeing some small growth.

Lass das mal sitzen.
Substantive beginnen im Deutschen mit einem Großbuchstaben.
Also Sprache statt sprache.

Pastor, have you ever heard of the 'Bekennende Evangelisch-Reformierte Gemeinde' of Geissen? Our churches have some contact with them....

Yes, Bert, I know the pastor well. So far, we do not have official contact, but we are hoping to see this in the future. There are some theol. differences between us, but nothing major.
What church do you belong to?
